The Park West Lions Club hosted approximately 200 children and law enforcement officers for breakfast on Saturday morning, 11 December. The FOP Battlefield Lodge, local law enforcement and community partners – Walmart @ Manassas Mall, the Park West Lions Club, and wonderful volunteers make this event successful! “At risk” children are picked up by officers and taken Christmas shopping at Walmart in hopes of making their Christmas special. The children are then escorted in cruisers in a convoy of lights and sirens over to breakfast at the Park West Lions Community Center.
